[She doesn't answer for a long moment, tilting her bowl upright and chugging down the soup as fast as her abused throat will allow. Best to get it down while it's hot, and she might not get back to it for a bit with what she's about to do- which is, after she sets the bowl down and exhale, reach a hand out,]

[She doesn't wait for a response from Taako. Her fingers weave through his, holding fast, and tugs on him trying to urge him closer.]

[She reaches for him and Taako cracks one eye opening, frowning at her. He knows what she's trying to do and he goes along with it, rolling toward her, even as he complains.]

If you snot in my hair after all this, I will absconce to my spa and you won't see me for a week.

Might do that on purpose just to get your nagging ass out of my face for a while.

[All pointless banter on both sides, she knows, and it shows in how she tangles herself around him, tucking her chin against his neck, one hand lifting to stroke through his hair. It isn't long before she speaks again, her voice quieting.]
